Staff Employment Experience & Organizational Focus

Our organization is built on decades of multidisciplinary expertise spanning advanced computing, aerospace systems, energy and oil-sector technologies, robotics, and next-generation interstellar simulation training. Evolving from early computer science, robotics education, and enterprise consulting, our team now delivers simulation-driven workforce training and system modeling aligned with aerospace operations, energy infrastructure, oil and chemical systems, and future planetary and interstellar engineering.
Gabino Casanova, founder and chief innovator, serves as the principal architect of the organization’s interstellar simulation frameworks, integrating military-grade command-and-control logic, propulsion systems modeling, and advanced computational architectures derived from active-duty Army service in missile, rocket artillery, and tactical computer systems, combined with more than two decades of applied software engineering, database design, and technical training development. Elizabeth Casanova, Owner, holds a Bachelor of Arts and a master’s degree in Script Writing from the University of Texas at Brownsville and provides executive leadership, operational oversight, curriculum narrative design, and advanced simulation presentation strategy, ensuring scalable deployment for industry, education, and workforce partners.
Margarita Casanova, holding a bachelor’s degree in business, contributes strategic business management, organizational operations, compliance coordination, and industry-facing program structure critical to partnerships with aerospace, oil, and energy organizations. Yolanda Casanova, with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences, strengthens the organization’s educational, analytical, and interdisciplinary foundation, supporting curriculum development, instructional alignment, and applied systems training. Christina Casanova, born in Brownsville, Texas, holds a bachelor’s degree in human services from Texas A&M University and contributes expertise in workforce development, program coordination, and human-centered training systems that bridge technical simulation with real-world operational readiness.
Collectively, our team combines aerospace-aligned robotics instruction, energy-sector data workflows, oil and industrial systems modeling, remote and immersive simulation delivery, and STEM-to-industry education platforms designed to prepare students, technicians, engineers, and operators for high-demand careers in aerospace, energy production, industrial automation, and interstellar exploration—focusing not on theory alone, but on realistic, operational simulations that mirror real-world mission environments.
